Tech workers, like artists, can be useful for property developers to follow when they are seeking the “next big thing”. They will scrutinise, for example, the real estate investment opportunities prompted by the Cambridge to Oxford railway line and “tech corridor”, which was promised a funding boost in the autumn statement last week.
